Cancellation policy.

If you are unable to attend a class that you have pre-registered for, we ask that you contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance in order to discuss a transfer of ticket or a credit towards another class/event.

Classes:

When registering for a class, full payment is required online to reserve your spot. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to inclement weather, an ill instructor, or if a class does not have enough students.

A refund will be provided if we cancel a class.

Parties:

When booking a party, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and the remaining balance owing is due upon arrival of your party. To switch your party we need 2-week advance warning or you will lose your deposit without the possibility of rebooking. You will need to put down another deposit to rebook.

Workshops:

No refunds are available for workshops as we will not be able to fit you into a different timeslot later, no exceptions.

Round Tables, Monthly Play Parties, Cabarets, Open Space, etc:

There will be no refunds for these types of events, as you are able to register up to the time it begins.

For All Other Purchases:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any other purchases from our store, products or gift certificates. All sales are final.

Refund policy In case of cancellation of classes or events:

  • more than 24hrs - full refund

  • within 24hrs at least 4h before the start of class, $10 rescheduling fee

  • within 4hrs before class - no refund.

FOR STORE PURCHASES AND ORDERS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will repair Whipped ends that we installed at any point, just send us an email to arrange a time for the repair.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
