After registration, you will receive via email:

A comprehensive list of Surrenders “Code of Conduct” for you to read and understand, prior to attending any event or class.

What to expect at your first “check-in”:

  • We will have you sign Surrender’s waiver

  • We will confirm your Gov issued ID.

    Note: We do not accept Health Cards as a form of ID now that the “Age of Majority” card is available.

  • You will be reminded of our standard rules of engagement.

    After you have completed your registration with Surrender, you can add any upcoming event to your cart, and check-out. We can’t wait to see you there!
